Can workspaces have multiple members?

A.

Non-personal workspaces can have multiple members with personalized levels of access and visibility. You can invite other Vieolo users using their emails.

Can workspaces be used for personal use?

A.

Yes. You can create a personal workspace that cannot have any other members, and only you can access its data. If you change your mind, you can change the type of workspace to be able to invite other members.

What is ReChive?

A.

ReChive is a communication-based document management system that helps you store, track, and manage the documents you send and receive, all securely stored in the cloud and accessible from anywhere.

How is ReChive different from Google Drive or Dropbox?

A.

Unlike general cloud storage services, ReChive offers tools tailored for different types of documents, lets you intuitively sort documents by sender and recipient, and easily connect your data to the rest of your workflow.

What is the relationship between ReChive and Vieolo?

A.

ReChive is a module within the Vieolo platform. You'll use your Vieolo account, workspaces, and subscription to access ReChive. While ReChive works perfectly on its own, your data can seamlessly integrate with other Vieolo apps if you choose to expand your workflow.

Can I use ReChive for personal documents?

Absolutely. You can create both personal and business workspaces in ReChive, with one or multiple members. The platform offers dedicated tools for personal use, recognizing that personal document management has different needs than business operations.

Is ReChive free?

A.

Yes. ReChive is included in the Vieolo subscription, which comes with a generous free plan suitable for most personal uses. You can upgrade anytime via the web, iOS, or Android.

Do I need a separate subscription for ReChive?

No. ReChive uses your existing Vieolo subscription. Once you subscribe through any of our apps, it applies across the entire Vieolo platform, including ReChive.

Billing

Is Vieolo free to use?

A.

Vieolo has a free tier. We won't ask for any credit card number or method of payment until you choose to upgrade your account. You can continue to use the free tier until you reach the usage limits of the free plan.

Q.

How are we charged for Vieolo?

A.

We don't bill your account directly. We bill the workspaces you create. For example, you may create two workspaces for a) personal use and b) your company. These two workspaces have separate and independent billing. This system allows you to transfer your workspace and its billing to another member.

Q.

What are the accepted payment methods?

A.

Depending on your region, we accept the most common credit cards and payment apps.

Q.

Can we cancel our monthly subscription?

A.

Yes, at any time. You can visit the billing section of your workspace and cancel your current subscription. Your plan and limits will remain the same until the end of your current billing cycle.

Will our data be deleted if we cancel our subscription?

A.

No. If your subscription is canceled for any reason (manually or due to failed payment) your data will remain safe and accessible.

Privacy

Do you share our data with any third party?

A.

No. We will not share your data with any third-party company. The only exceptions are a) we receive a court order to disclose information and b) you explicitly integrate your Vieolo account with a third-party service.

Q.

Can we limit the access of our workspace members?

A.

Yes. Every member has a list of permissions and access levels. This system allows you to control the capabilities of each member.
